HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Our Zombus is about 20 minutes, as is Raven's Delirium. Our Spooky Gellyball takes about 10 minutes. We also have many fun things to do on our Midway, such as the Grave Spinner, Zombull, live DJ and more!

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT OR RECOMMENDATION?
Yes, you can upgrade to a fast pass at ticket checkout. This lets you skip the virtual queue and hop in line immediately!

HOW MUCH DO TICKETS COST?

IS THERE A VIP OR FAST-PASS OPTION?
Yes, you can choose a fast pass option at ticket checkout. This gets you into the fast pass line, which is much shorter than the normal line.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
We are open rain or shine. We do not offer refunds, but you can reschedule your ticket for a fee. If you purchased Ticket Insurance, you can get a refund through that.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, though the parking lot parking is limited. There is street parking available.

ARE THERE FOOD AND BEVERAGES AVAILABLE ON SITE?
We offer soda and alcohol on site, and have a food truck on site every night.

IS THERE A GIFT SHOP?
Yes! We have t-shirts, hoodies, koozies and other assorted items for sale.

ARE RESTROOMS AVAILABLE?
We are one of the few haunts in the area that can boast indoor plumbing!

IS THERE A PLACE TO STORE PERSONAL BELONGINGS?
Unfortunately, we do not have a spot for personal belongings. We recommend leaving them in your car.

CAN I WORK OR VOLUNTEER AT THE HAUNTED HOUSE?
